Savarez nylon hurdy-gurdy string – KF 84

A new generation of synthetic strings, KF strings from the French brand “SAVAREZ” are made from composite fibers that provide the same elongation and elasticity as gut.
Their geometric qualities are perfect, and the density of these strings is very close to that of gut.
In many cases, they are an advantageous alternative to gut strings, with which they can be mixed. These strings combine the acoustic properties of gut with the strength of nylon.
KF strings are recommended for chanterelles and hurdy-gurdy trumpets, and are available in 1-meter lengths.
